    Michelle brings a 20+ year background in CVille broadcast media, promotions, and advertising sales management. Her community service includes leadership roles with Albemarle County Schools’ Special Education Advisory Committee, The Paramount Theater, MACAA, The ziMS Foundation and most notably an annual golf outing from 2000-08 that raised $750k for UVA’s Children’s Hospital, in gratitude for that organization saving her son’s life. Michelle is a Wahoo and interned under Coaches George Welsh and Jeff Jones from 1990-92. A tennis player and life-long fan of the game, Michelle has been to two Grand Slams with two more--Wimbledon and the Aussie Open--still to go on her "bucket list.”

    Originally from York, England, Tim grew up playing at Fulford Golf Club, a highly regarded parkland course and longtime host of the DP World Tour's Benson & Hedges Invitational. Since moving to the US in 1999, he's become a citizen, earned his PGA Class A Membership, completed a degree in Golf Operations & Management, and started a family. Professionally, Tim has 20+ years of experience at some of VA's finest clubs. He has First Assistant Pro at The CC of Virginia and at Kinloch, and was subsequently Head Pro at The Foundry, The Federal Club and Richmond CC.

    Bill is a PGA and Jim McLean Certified Instructor, TPI Certified, US Kids Certified, PING Certified Clubfitter, and teaches with Science & Motion's Puttlab. A graduate of Furman University, Bill worked at several clubs in the Atlanta area before teaching under Jim McLean at McLean's Golf School at Doral. Before joining the team at Glenmore, Bill served as Director of Instruction at Spring Creek. You can learn more and book directly on Bill's website.

    Whit is a VA native, JMU grad, and has previously been at Lakeview GC in Harrisonburg and The Foundry in Powhatan. He's working towards becoming a full member of the PGA, and outside of golf his hobbies include soccer and skiing. Whit and his girlfriend Maddie share three dogs: Bentley, a playful rescue; Chesney, a zealous rescue; and Ripple, an energetic purebred Australian Shepherd.

    Morgan is a VA native who got hooked on the game while working at Spring Creek back in high school. She then earned a bachelors and then a masters in Sports Management from George Mason, and went right back into the golf industry--first at Cedar Point Club in Suffolk and then The Dominion Club in Richmond. She's TPI Certified and is working towards her Class A PGA Membership. Outside of golf, Morgan’s hobbies include soccer and running.

    Matt was born and raised in the Cville area and attended Fluvanna High where his passion for golf began. Matt started as Glenmore's Outside Golf Supervisor in 2023 and 2024 sees him in an Assistant Golf Professional role; his next goal is to begin the PGA's Professional Golf Management Program. His passion for junior golf is evident in assisting in the after-school programs at the club, and the work he does with Bill Fedder and the rest of the teaching staff on Rotella/Fedder programming. When not golfing, Matt's other hobbies include soccer, snowboarding and wakeboarding.

    Paul comes to Glenmore after long stints at both Farmington and Birdwood, so he's intimately familiar with the uniqueness of our local climate and strives each day to provide members and guests with the playing conditions they expect. He's also an expert in cutting edge irrigation systems and practices, so despite being located right along the Rivanna with great access to several water sources, Paul is particularly proud of how environmentally sensitive our watering practices are.

    Mark is a certified USPTA Elite Tennis Professional, a PPTA Platform Professional, a member of the USTA National Junior Development Team, and USTA National Junior Tournament Director. Responsibilities at Glenmore include oversight of the Racquet Sports facilities and programs, the Fitness facilities, staff, and programs, and oversight of the pool area and camp programs. Mark has been a member of the Glenmore Team since 2014.

    Luke has been Head Coach of the Tornadoes swim team since 2019, and we're delighted to now have him on board full time, year round as Sports Program Manager. Luke is lead on all things aquatics in the summer, and will manage fitness and other sports programming the rest of the year. A Cville native, Luke attended UVA where he was on the track and cross country teams, did his undergrad in Health and Physical Education, and then added a masters in Education. Prior to taking the Sports Program Manager position at the club, Luke taught in Albemarle County schools for nine years. He and his wife Kelsey have a son, Shepherd, and daughter, Collins.

    Recently arrived to Cville after growing up in NoVa, Alex is a certified USPTA Tennis Professional and a certified PPR USA Pickleball Professional. Alex leads the club's junior programming and development, with a dash of adult racquet sports on the side. He'll also loves providing private instruction, email him with interest. When not on the court, Alex enjoys fishing and working on cars, especially fine detailing.

    Chef Frederick's love for cooking started at an early age, and he's now had 25+ years in the industry. CCA and CEC certified, Chef Frederick's previous club experience includes time at The Greenbrier, The Chatham Club and The Oglethorpe Club. He also spent several years refining his take on classic southern fare at the Williamsburg Inn in Colonial Williamsburg.

    After receiving his Bachelors in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management from the University of South Carolina Beaufort, Chris's career has taken him from the Boston Park Plaza Hotel, to the five-star Ocean House Resort & Spa in Rhode Island, then to Hilton Head's Hogs Head Kitchen & Wine Bar with stops at Colleton River Plantation and CC of Hilton Head along the way. In his spare time he enjoys a round of golf, spending time with his family, slowly restoring his 100 year old farmhouse...and is an unwavering Philadelphia Eagles fan.

    Jason supervises all front-of-house service at all food outlets at the club, whether the Grill, 19th Hole, Pool Snack Bar or elsewhere. A PVCC grad, Jason has been in Cville about a decade and comes to the club from the Graduate Hotel on West Main St where he ran Camp Ten Four Fine Dining, the Trophy Room Rooftop Bar, and Poindexter Coffee. Outside of work, Jason enjoys exploring the Blue Ridge Mountains, experimenting with new cocktails and tending to his garden.

    Kim has run the Mill Room and has local fine dining experience at Pomme, Public Fish & Oyster, the Downtown Grill and Prospect Hill. Originally from New Hampshire, Kim has been in Virginia for the last eight years. Prior to moving to Virginia, she spent two years in hospitality in sunny St. Croix. Kim and her husband have two grown children, a son in Cville and a daughter in NH. Her hobbies include tennis, pickleball, yoga, skiing, cooking and travel.

    A graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC, Rachel has worked in sales and philanthropy with the Virginia Realty Group, Alice + Olivia, and most recently at Three Notch'd Brewing. After several decades in DC, Rachel has settled in Keswick with her partner Erich and their two dogs, Ashby (a Boxer) and Jax (a Bichon-Poodle mix). Besides from her dogs at home, Rachel also works with local animal rescues to find displaced dogs their forever homes and volunteers with the Ronald McDonald House in Cville. On the weekends, you might find her and Erich exploring the local wineries.

    Sunil comes to the club after previously overseeing the financial health of 72 Care Hospice locations and was also previously the Revenue Cycle Manager at UVA Health. Sunil's wife is a Senior Systems Engineer at UVA and they have three high-school-to-college-aged boys (one of whom is training for a career in NASA's Space Exploration Program!). In his spare time he enjoys baseball, cricket, and soccer, in addition to gardening, building, hiking, and watching movies as a family.

    Sue has been a part of the Glenmore team for over 25 years and is known for her welcoming presence in the Grill. She served as Banquet Manager for 15 years prior to assuming her role as Dining Room Manager and now Concierge. Her bright smile, years of experience and dedication are among the many reasons our members think so highly of Sue. When she’s not here brightening everyone’s day, she’s usually with someone who brightens hers - her granddaughter!
